District churches are
asked to submit annually a list of all people who will be serving in
various positions during this calendar year. This form provides
a tool for the entry and transmission of this information to the
District Office electronically. (If you have changes in any
positions during the year or want to update your electronic record
from a prior year, you only need to submit the information that
has changed.) |

Lay Delegate |
All churches that are an
integral part of The Christian and Missionary Alliance may send the
pastor and two lay delegates to General Council. If church
voting membership is 150 or more, another lay delegate may be sent
for each additional 100 members. Please submit this form to
the District Office electronically for each lay delegate from your
church. |

Annual Missions
Conference Reports |
District churches are
asked to gather and report information at the conclusion of their
annual Missions Conference. The "Local Church Report" is a
document which should be completed and retained for the local Missions
Committee. The "Mission Conference Report" should be completed
and sent to the District Office. A third report, "National
Office Report," should be completed and submitted to the National
Office (see attached link). |

Workers
Scholarship Application
|
A Scholarship Fund has
been establish by DEXCOM to assist Official Workers in the District
with leadership development. Qualifications and the approval process
are document as part of the WGL District Policy Manual. |
